This adorable little art deco designed tango style vanity case was made by Elgin American circa 1930. The emerald green enameling on silver background is near mint condition with only one tiny flake on the lipstick (visible on photo) and an even more minute one on the compact too small to even show in scan. Very minor scuffing to silver ... I would say less than normal wear. Interior features mirror in lid in perfect condition, covered sifter powder pot, and rouge pot, both with tiny blue silk puffs. Even the chainlink handle has enameled links! Case measures approximately 2-5/8" wide x 1-3/4" high, overall height is 4-3/4" hanging.
