• REGISTRATION INFO

Upon registering for our auction, you will immediately receive an email with an automatically-generated password.  You may bid as soon as you receive this email!  To change the emailed password to one you can more easily remember, simply log in to "Change Registration" using the password you were given.  You can then change it to a new password which will be in effect immediately.  If you change email addresses, you will have to contact the Administrator at Auctions@tri-stateantiques.com.  

• BIDDING INFO

Unlike Ebay, our auction does not support proxy bids.  The bid you enter will be the bid that registers.  If you are outbid, you will receive an email alerting you to this with a link back for your convenience in the event you wish to bid again.  All sales are final and all items will be sold to the highest bidder.

• USER INFORMATION

Your registration information -- i.e., name, email, and pw -- are strictly confidential.  No bidder's emails are given out so there is no chance of spamming or solicitations.  Even we are not privy to this info ... we are only notified of the winning bidder's name/email in order to close the sale.

• SHIPPING

Shipping, if not indicated in the auction description, will be through our normal channels.  You may refer to our Shipping page for further information

• TERMS OF SALE

Payment is expected to be made within 5 days of auction close ... our secure server will accept payment of Visa, MC, Discover or American Express.  We also accept online checks through I-Check.  Postal snail mail payments are discouraged and items will only be held for 5 business days from auction end pending receipt of payment or auction is forfeit.  International payments must be by International Money Order unless a copy of both sides of a signed credit card is faxed to us. 

• NEW FEATURE:  Open Account Program!

For those of you who win more than three auctions, we are offering a new Open Account program.  To be eligible for this, you will need to register a credit card number with us to keep on file that we will use to pay for your winnings.  In exchange for this privilege, we are willing to waive the s/h charges on all of your auction wins (continental U.S. shipments only).  This is our way of repaying your support in our new venture and to facilitate shipping of the merchandise in the most expeditious manner.
